The Highpoint House is a dilapidated house that serves as a nexus of lesser drug sales (mostly pot)
- The folks who live there were threatened by Iranian Ninjas representing the Council, warning them to follow the laws of magic.
- During the episode Fan Film, it is revealed that the Highpoint House has an exquisite summoning circle in the center of the living room. This is usually covered up by a collection of blankets and throw rugs.
