Lucenta, as a dwarf, was found floating at sea on a lifeboat. The party rescued her and she rewarded us generously, giving us gold and scrolls. Slowly she began to charm members of the crew, including Bo. (He's easily manipulated by a pretty face.)
She was revealed, by Bo, as a hag. For our safety we locked her in the brig. When we landed at Bone Island she escaped to the island, where she decided to attack us directly. She is now dead.
