* The PCs will be updated versions of the characters from [[:Category:Shadow of the Century Alpha Playtest|DOPES Iron Curtain from Space]].

* Since the last mission the US Gov't has realized that the DOPES branch is more vital than they thought and has begun to pour money and resources into it, growing the organization rapidly.
