A young noble whom Lukas has met personally, though briefly. The party encountered him in Stout's.
- While interrogated by the dwarves, Brick told them that Asper had hired Fyodor to murder Ruha and capture her soul.
- According to everyone who the party has talked with, Asper is the leader of the Liberators.
- Able to cast a quickened spells.
- According to Vurbag, Asper is elven and uses a hat of disguise to appear human.
- Was seen talking with Captain Liston Ironhelm at the Midsummer Fire Display.
