The Lord is a Rakshasa the de-facto ruler of Moonless, and is well liked by the populace. He does keep thralls and can perform illusory magic, and may be a mindbender. He purchased silver from the party to arm his men against the were-creatures that are common on Moonless. Through a misunderstanding and malfeasance in his ranks, the party was short-changed with counterfeit coins. When they presented this fact to him, he hired them to root out the Lieutenant behind the counterfeits. They did so and left on good terms with The Lord. | |||
