A bone devil that the party encountered in Acheron on the cube of Avalas within City of Fumes. Oddly enough, he is a devil witha sense of humor. When it comes to conscripting able bodied warriors, though, he is all about business. He is comfortable with his current post where the enemies come head on, and not sideways like the higher level of devils have to endure.
- He has given some information to Brilla to aid her quest, sending her to the local orc army.
