Hmmm...a most peculiar place zis Lone Rock City. Everywhere I look I find evidence to support ze ravings of zis madman Jones. First off zere is ze fascination of ze government with permits. Zis alone proves nothing, but it is something zat would appeal to ze lawful nature of a devil. Ze truly telling evidence is ze total black out of information on devil elves. It only serves to allow zem to operate unhindered. To conquer an enemy one must understand zem. I must discover who ordered zis information black out. I do not believe ze corruption is as wide-spread as Jones believes it to be. For now I trust ze Harpells, but I will be watching for evidence zat zey are not worthy of zat trust.
