This is a pretty awesome Prc. Lots of flavor and it seems balanced enough. The Einherjar summoning is a bit awkward though, as a such a summoned creature will likely be underpowered at higher levels without the appropriate magical equipment- and the ability to bypass magic DR seems hacked on as a way to compensate for lack of said equipment. I might be a good idea to give such a character typical NPC equipment as a regular cohort has, or perhaps just apply the celestial/feindish template.
