When you use this ability you must have a plausible method for the wind or air to help you with the task. You gain a +3 bonus to a die roll or are able to create a small wind-related effect. You may invoke this ability to call in a favor from Cookie, which will grant you a +3 bonus on Occultism or Knowledge checks for research. Alternately, you may ask Cookie for access to a spell.
