I thought I could be helpful with some ice...and it turned out I was partially right, but then I froze up myself. Literally...I froze myself. Stoat got me out, crashing thrugh the ice around me in a frenzy that severely damaged my arm. We'll see if we can save it...but for now I'm stable...ish. | |||

Funeral interrupted by protesters
Template:Wyl Haversham: We attended the funeral for those who were killed in the avalanche. It was a moving ceremony until Solstice showed up. She is the local anti Coalspire naturalist. I believe in everyone getting their voice, and I also believe there is an appropriate time and place for protesting stuff like the Coalspire. I don't even necessarily disagree with Solstice on all of her points...but coming to a funeral to protest like that was so far out of line. Stoat, Namèd, and I managed to resolve the situation without anyone going to the stocks, but it was a near thing.
