Tolman was a gaunt and fiery halfling devoted to an evil god.
- With Vurbag Deathbreaker, he was seeking the diviner Simon. They claimed to be friends of his. Simon did not recognize them.
- Was brutally murdered by the halfling shaman Abendago with the thinuan dagger.
- Was carrying a pin and an evil holy symbol with him.
