Lady Rebecca Harpell, Archwizardess of the Harpell School of Wizardry and Member of the Order of the Breeze arcanists. The trophy wife (by all definitions) of Prime Minister Talen. She is beautiful and talented in the magic of the wind.
- Rebecca Harpell is the younger sister of Lori Harpell and the aunt of Delirium and Meriae Harpell.
