Evan Stormhandle is a healthy man in his late middle years. He is slender and his black hair is shot through with the beginnings of silver hair. By his style of dress and equipment he is obviously a cleric of the sea, though mention of the God/Goddess he serves has been absent. He is the captain of the Pearl of the Ocean.
- Evan came to the aid of the party with Talen and others when the party requested help to find Alyssa Dac'Angelo.
- Led the party on a mission to the sea elven nation of Elena'Talant to acquire the Ring of the Waves.
- Attacked the sea elves who led the party to the wreckage of the Selune's Light after they refused to return back to the Elena'Talant.
- Was present at the burial of Dac'Angelo.
