Tolman was a gaunt and fiery halfling devoted to an evil god.

With Vurbag Deathbreaker, he was seeking the diviner Simon. They claimed to be friends of his. Simon did not recognize them.
Was brutally murdered by the halfling shaman Abendago with the thinuan dagger.
Was carrying a pin and an evil holy symbol with him.
