Follow the rules at Character Creation and Advancement and modify as follows:
- Additional skill points: 8
- Additional refresh/stunts: 3 (total: 3 stunts + 6 refresh. You can spend refresh on more stunts at the cost of 1 stunt for 1 refresh.)
- Skill cap: +6
