Lady Rebecca Harpell, Archwizardess of the Harpell School of Wizardry and Member of the Order of the Breeze arcanists. The trophy wife (by all definitions) of Prime Minister Talen. She is beautiful and talented in the magic of the wind.
- Rebecca Harpell is the younger sister of Lori Harpell and the aunt of Delirium and Meriae Harpell.
- Attended the Prime Minister's Gala.
- Was present at the burial of Dac'Angelo.
- Is the new Queen of Lone Rock City.
- Was at one time a partying sort of girl. (Per Delicious Harpell)
- Is not too happy with her husband it seems.
- Is in charge of the Warriors of the Morning Breeze adventuring party
- Sent the party to rescue Delicious Harpell
- Advised the Warriors that they would be representing LRC at the reception for Glimwocket.
