Unstoned

The group is traveling through the mountains, in snow and ice and find a stone hand buried in the snow. As they dig, they discover a man and dog turned to stone.

Sebastion casts Detect Magic and learns that Sozi is being watched by remote magic.

They give the statue of the person a potion of Basilisk tears and revives Božidar. There is nothing that can be done for the dog.

Božidar asks that we mark the spot to return and handle the Basilisk when we are more capable.

We find a frozen stream blocking the trail and are jumped by a pair of bodaks. During the fight Božidar is knocked unconscious.

Božidar is brought to consciousness at the same time that the flameskulls we fought burst forth into life again!

Cave

As we continue along the mountain we find a cave and explore it. Božidar checks to see and no one has used this for shelter in a long time.

Sebastion explores more and discovers a portculli type area, the Tsolenka Pass.

Gatehouse of the Tsolenka Pass

As we approach the gate rises and we cast a spell to cause the green flames to recede and we all run quickly through, except for Godfrey. He seems to be trapped and unable to pass due to magic. He decides to stay behind and serve as rear guard.

We enter the guardhouse and make a fire to warm up and camp for the night.
