This truly is a world of wonder! A castle that walks... Something I never thought to see in my lifetime. It's a struggle, but my companions & I are able to get a grappling hook into the rear of the castle & climb up. Somehow Cameron finds a way up as well.

'''Rynn''': At last, we have all the gems. But it still doesn't work as we had hoped. It occurs to us that Bernadidi probably still has one. We head back there, and manage to talk him into giving it to us. That was the trick, as we now have a clear indicator to the fortress. We dowse our way there, and it's, uh, a castle alright. On giant chicken legs. I will be glad to be done with this stupid world.
After a failed attempt to trip the thing, we decide to just climb on in. I hurl the grappling hook in, and the others use it to climb up. Cameron needed a second rope, but somehow ratcheted himself up. I had a backup plan - a levitation potion - but he didn't need it. I scampered up the rope afterwards quite easily.

The Castle ... Has Giant Chicken Legs

Duen After a brief conversation with the Rakshasa we complete our collection of gems & follow their pull...

This truly is a world of wonder! A castle that walks... Something I never thought to see in my lifetime. It's a struggle, but my companions & I are able to get a grappling hook into the rear of the castle & climb up. Somehow Cameron finds a way up as well.

Rynn: At last, we have all the gems.

Riding Ogres

Duen When we get up, we find a force of Orcs in training & one of them has a Gnome riding him as if he were some sort of horse. After a brief skirmish the gnome falls in battle & the orcs give up the keys to this place.

Nekked Babes

Duen We open a set of doors & find 3 storykin women in a pool. It takes some coaxing, but Rynn & I are both talked into going in. I turn against them when they tell me to attack my teammates, & they thought I'd actually do it! After a brief skirmish, they flee.

Patchwork Dragon

Zassrion fight.jpg

Duen After the fight at the pool, we climb up the stairs to where Zassrion must surely be. He is not what I expected him to be... He is a dragon... A dragon that has sewn pieces of non-storykin onto himself. We'd been told he was trying to make himself more "real". Apparently, they meant that literaly.

He is a devistating creature. He is able to make himself invisible, but I shoot a Burst of Nettles into the sky & am able to hit him. This helps the group to locate him and after a struggle we are able to defeat him. RJ Flannigan turns out to be safe in a cell. Hopefully, we get a bonus to our pay for this...

We are able to use a lens to find the gypsy who sent us here and divine a way to get home. Thankfully when we get home, Ursala & I are no longer storykin, but flesh & blood.
