Cora Alya is the ambassador of the sea elven nation of Elena'Talant. He has blue and white striped skin and medium length green hair. Initially abrasive with the "air-breathers", he was won over after the party led them to a cluster of sahuagin and won the battle.
- Informed King Talen that unless he was given the Captain of the Pearl of the Ocean, Elena'Talant would be at war with Lone Rock City.
