Lady Rebecca Harpell, Archwizardess of the Harpell School of Wizardry and Member of the Order of the Breeze arcanists. The trophy wife (by all definitions) of Prime Minister Talen. She is beautiful and talented in the magic of the wind.

• Was present at the burial of Dac'Angelo.
• Is the new Queen of Lone Rock City.

• Is not too happy with her husband it seems.
• Is in charge of the Warriors of the Morning Breeze adventuring party
