Uneven Duel of Honor

Lukas: "Surrounded by Kobolds, Surrounded by Kobolds. I know it sounds funny. . . but I'd rather not have been. It turns out Abendago committed a rather severe Faux Pas by using his telepathy on the Kobold "Dark Tongue". Now he's been roped into a duel of honor by the Kobolds and their leader, who is either "Dark Blade" (Beefiest of the Kobolds) or a large black panther that seems, odd.

Abendago got his ass kicked. It's a good thing the duel wasn't meant to be lethal.

Hello again, Mr Jones

Lukas As the duel was ending, Alicia Humfries reappeared with a gaping wound in her side. Seems her meeting with Jones only showed her that Jones was completely bugfuck! Alicia had us form a circle and join hands so she could cast an escape spell. Alicia's Dimension Door left Robhim, Brennel and Timmie behind. Wolfdale, then Abendago and I, went back into the forest to rescue our friends. Simon and Alicia kept going to the Meadmaker Mines. I don't blame Simon for running. He wouldn't have stood much of a chance against Jones.

I can't say meeting Jones again was fun. Unless you think a tap on the shoulder followed by a knife to the neck is fun. Not to mention his apparently insane ravings about us not being devils because we don't bleed green. I think Simon is the only one that didn't get stabbed. Jones seems to believe that the leaders of Lone Rock City have been replaced by the Devil Elves. It sounds insane but I can't be sure. There is a total blackout on devil elf info within the city library. Jones has also given us the task of slaying the "Devil Woman", Alicia.

Upon returning to the mines, we found Alicia and Simon having a feast in our honor, happy/surprized to see us alive. After multiple attempts to punch her and a rather angry conversation, she led us to a meeting room (With Dwarven Permission) and tried to talk to us civilly. Brennel checked her for one of the Devil Elf Traits, she wasn't, but the test caused her to bid us "Good Day" and leave. We did get double the original pay for our trouble. I hope we never have to meet jones again.

If I have events out of order, or if I missed anything, please correct the mistakes

Kulkracken SOB

Lukas The new, yet old, tunnels immediately split left and right. A group of dwarves went left, we went right with two dwarves. One of the dwarves led the way and lost his life to a pit trap. After that, Brennel lead the way looking for traps, and we stayed safe. After a few hours, we came to a door with "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here" written upon it in Abyssal. We were dumb enough to open it.

The beast inside was a torturer devil from hell called a Kulkracken. We fought well, but didn't fare very well during the battle. "Wither Limbs" is not a fun spell. I'll testify to that. We ended up retreating for our own safety, to come back better prepared next time.

Returning with brick

Lukas Brick was much quieter on the way back and we did get some useful info on how the Liberators (And their leader Fyodor) were hired to kill Ruha by Asper, a mysterious noble from we don't know where. We were asked to deliver a message to the Harpell school of wizardry and to bring back a Wizard to aid in killing the Kulkracken. Brennel and Simon delivered the message to Alicia Humphries and we got Shannon Harpell as the wizard to help us. Definitely, Definitely, annoying but definitely better than a good number of wizards that we could get to help us.
