Victor Harpell is the elderly father of Vincent Harpell and Smokin' Joe Harpell.
- Has a large stone statue of a warrior clad in banded mail with a bastard sword who guards him. It seems that the statue has seen rough times.
- Fought a pair of ice devils while the party was escaping the palace with the diamond.
- Turned 99 years old and put his son's ghost to rest.
- Harassed Robhim about the fact that he didn't ask for permission to marry Peek-A-Boo. Conversely, he was proud that Simon asked for Ist'Vaech's hand in marriage.
