General Mutt Erf
Any creature that has a significant amount of dwarven and elven blood counts as an erf. Since dwarf and elf are dominant races (Wild:Custom), erfs aren't uncommon by any means. They don't indicate a dwarf and elf ever specifically breeding.
"Pureblood" Erf
This race is nearly, or exactly, 50%/50% Dwarf/Elf. They are exceptionally rare. (Morovian was one.
