Nolar was dishonest in his dealings with Tarrallon and managed to swindle him out of a generous sum of money.
Months later the group found him in Fort Johnston, where 
Dario engaged him in a drinking contest, and the dwarf lost—by a wide margin. Embarrassed, he was mocked endlessly. During the exchange Tarrallon used his nimble fingers to regain his gold, with a generous interest.
