Dr Francisco
The good doctor is an alien liaison to the Earth, with the purpose of establishing the status of Earth in regards to joining the greater intergalactic gov't.
Mantle KNIGHT OF A FAERIE COURT
The condition of Winter’s/Summer’s Power would be reskinned as alien tech abilities and be appropriately used or compelled.
Feroburned (sticky): would be replaced with Hazardous Local Atmosphere and represent a breathing device that the Dr has to wear at all times.
Disfavored (sticky): this would change to Protocol and reflect the behaviors that the Dr has to obey on this foreign world. (Think Prime Directive)
Faster, Stronger, Tougher stunt would be for intelligence instead of physique.
Seelie/Unseelie Magic would be the alien tech instead of magic.
