IK:Vinter Raelthorne

The older brother of now-king Leto Raelthorne. He was generally considered a nasty, bad ruler and was known for things such as maintaining a powerful Inquisition across Cygnar. He was bested in a coup and duel by his much younger and, he considered, foppish, brother Leto. He was exiled and hadn't been seen since, until Corvis Besieged, when remnants of his Inquisitors with a new race of visceral humanoids, the Skorne.
