Start with a healthy helping of rogue, add some shadow thief, spice it up a notch with master thrower, and BAM; you've got your self one spicy kobold!

Thinking of limiting SA to 4d6 to limit uber-cheese. In the end probably do a lil sorcerer and "warrior" to even out the build to more match the personality type of the character and be a better bodyguard.
