The Anarchic Initiate Prc from Complete Psionic (p. 17) has Knowledge Planes needed at 8 ranks. This relates to a wilder not ebing able to take the class until level 12. I believe that this is intended to be at 5 ranks, allowing you to take the class at 8 level, much like the sample NPC in Complete Psionic. Everyone agree with this assessment?
