Character Generation
If you've played a PC in LRC, you'll be playing that PC again. If the character was less than level 13, you may level them up to 13. If you haven't played a PC in LRC, then you will most likely be playing bad guys. Do not create or modify a character without talking to Randy first. No formal guidelines will be posted and all characters MUST be reviewed by Randy in advance of the gameday.
- No consumables permitted, except for healing and perhaps a few utility spells, such as Fly. Discuss what you would like with Randy
