Potential additions to the Shugenja spell list from SpC. The percentages are my feeling for how well it fits within that element of Shugenja. Those bolded I've already decided for certain I'm adding.
25% - Eh, might fit with a stretch. Usually, fits one aspect of thematics (ie, "earth"), but not the others (ie, "Earth: Earth spells involve resilience and resolve, health and growth, and the strength of its body." or established styles in the CD list)
