The DP and its bonuses happen *after* all other level up actions.
When may DP be spent? Game Session uses are apparent, but the other categories could be clarified. --Randy (Talk) 18:42, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
- At any point except in the middle of a level up, really. Before and after level up, fine, but not during. And you don't gain the new DP until after the level up finishes (and is on the wiki). --Mqs 18:45, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
