The Dolphions are the servants of Deep Sashelas, the elven god of the sea. They were once sea elven faithful who volunteered to be guardians of a powerful artifact for their god. They were transformed into dolphins (with the aquatic subtype) and a community built up over the millennia that they have been waiting for sea elves to come and retrieve the artifact for the defense of the greater good.
