LRC:Smokin' Joe Harpell

A rugged-looking man in a cowhand's hat, weathered leather armor, carrying a bandolier of wands and pouches. Resting on his shoulder is a small raven. He usually can be found smoking a thick cigar.

- Was killed by his brother, Vincent Harpell
