Mopsy is a candidate for senate, hoping to be the first Wildblood in Arkstone Senate. He's a suave, well-spoken gentleman by day. However, (so far, unknown to anyone) he does secretly indulge in discrete personal adventures by night. (Example: Breaking into places to try on/wear -- but never actually steal -- jewels, to get private viewings of artwork, or to watch beautiful folk in their slumber.)
