Metamagic Spells
Most of my campaigns exist in the magic rich setting of Forgotten Realms. With so many spellcasters, I believe that a series of metamagic spells would develop.
The first are spells that emulate feats. These should be available to all casters and if a player wants to use one the details can be worked out.
The next are spells that effect other spells.
