Hmmm, perhaps a different hominculus would fit your character better. I can see either the arbalester built into a pistol or a packmate from Magic of Eberron (152) as being better choices for you. There is also a potion based prestige class from the same book (53). I'm sure gentry could count as the pre-req of favored in house and your blood line would cover the dragonmark. All you'ld need then is 3rd level infusions and 8 ranks in craft alchemy. --Askewnotion 13:34, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
- Homunculus ref's - ECS:285-287 & MoE:152-153. My favs are expeditious messenger for scouting, dedicated wright for crafting, and packmate. Despite what you may think there is no restriction on # of homunculii, only HD. Your cap is more often your bank account with artificers. --Arz 15:36, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
As I have no idea what you are taking about please explain more. --Loriean 16:49, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
Improved Hominculus MoE49 looks like a good feat ;) however I did not see the one that will let it craft for me? --Loriean 21:55, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
The Homu refered to has the following ability: Item Creation (Su): A dedicated wright can performthe daily tasks related to item creation on behalf of its master. The master must meet (or emulate) all the prerequisites to create the desired item normally, and pays the gold and XP cost himself. The only cost a dedicated wright can help with is time. The master spends 1 hour initiating the process, channeling spell prerequisites into the dedicated wright, and paying the XP cost to make the item. He may then leave, allowing the wright to carry the process through to completion.
So basically it cuts my crafting time in 1/8th ;) and enables me to craft more items per day. --Loriean 23:24, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
