Called in from Deep Cover

🎲 DM: Big B is called into the precinct from deep cover and escorted into a holding cell, where is met by the Captain with unfortunate news. The FBI and CIA have contacted him about someone or someones who are transporting fissile material through Detriot. The Feds are all over the city but the Captain is hoping that Big B can use his undercover connections to stir up some information and find what may be a dirty bomb.

And the captain delivers more bad news, Big B is going to have to work with a counterpart from Germany, Gerhardt. Both Big B and the Captain aren't happy about it. The Captain uses his authority to disarm Gerhardt, you aren't carrying a gun in my city. (This was a compel on Foreigner in the Capitalist Land.)

Throwing the Tusks

🎲 DM: Big B knows just the right cat to talk to, his best friend Mackie, who also happens to be a big time Bad Ass in the Brigands gang. However on the way Big B needs to setup Gerhardt with a suitable cover, so he stops at a payphone and starts establishing him as a firearms dealer who goes by the name Alpha. The setup is rushed and results in a Transparent Cover Story (the result of a botched Create Advantage).

Big B, Gerhardt, and Mackie start to talk business at the Brigand's arcade when a group of rioters chase a woman into the store! Big B goes out to quell them but their charismatic leader, Victor, leads the charge straight to violence. Mackie and Victor kung fu at each other, resulting in a draw until Gerhardt comes outta nowhere with a tackle that puts Victor down for the count. The rioters leave.

Meanwhile, Mindy recognizes Big B, who gets nervous that she is there to blow his cover but realizes that her contacts could prove useful. He may also be able to feed her a better story than his, so he tells her about the fissile material despite the odds that such a story would cause widespread panic. (Causing a mass panic was a compel against Big B's Doing the wrong thing to maintain my cover.)

It turns out to be a good move. Mindy pulls in some favors and learns that things are going down at the Abandoned Adventure Park (which is also an aspect with two free invokes created using the stunt "Call In a Favor" and checking Tapped Out).

Vic and Mackie start getting along, so Vic plans to help out with some violence. What everyone doesn't know is that Vic saw Gerhardt show a bit of his "virus" and has determined that he is a supernatural threat that needs to be taken out. (Compelled his Haunted by the Supernatural aspect to make Gerhardt his target. He can't be monster hunter quarry ... yet.)

Getting Across Town

🎲 DM: Getting across town is difficult given the gas situation and all of the rioters. At least, without police help. Big B quietly calls for backup to help everyone get across town by clearing rioters out of their path. (Using the stunt "Backup" for a free success at an overcome roll.)
