You can inspire greatness in yourself and your allies. This ability grants a floating pool of +1 modifiers equal to 1/2 your charisma modifier. This modifiers may be assigned to attack rolls, damage rolls, a specific saving throw, spell penetration, and skill and ability checks. These modifiers may be reassigned by spending a move action. To be affected by Rank and File, a character must be able to see and hear the binder as well as be within 60 feet.
