After talking to a few sources and feeling that her arcane spark is a key to saving her people, I have come up with a plan to make the spark ablaze.
Mother seems to be half right. Annoying the vestiges or putting them to an use they were not intended for is key. I read more into it and think I found her hidden truths in her words.
My plan starts with using Dantalion and Karsus as a matched pair. Using the mind mastery and knowledge that Dantalion posses, I plan on transversing my own mind. From there, I'll use the magical mastery of Karsus to explore the arcane spark further. Once I get a better understanding of why it is there and how it works, I move on to my next step.
The next step once again binds Dantalion but the second vestige switches to Arete. With Arete's ability to mold and shape the body, I will open the mental gates that I found previously.
Once I have more access to my arcane spark things will get more tricky. I begin by binding my father. From here I will call upon Amon within a circle of protection made by Bo. Using my fathers pact ability, I will give Amon the deal that I will help him take advantage of the other vestiges I house in my body by letting his personality/ego overpower theirs as long as he does not try to control me directly. In return, he will help my pry the secrets from some of my vestiges, including those of his hated enemies. If he agrees and makes the pact, then he will be bound. I just have to hope my geas and increased resistance to possession saves me in case he gets any funny ideas.
From here I use a trickery within the factions of the vestiges. Normally, Karsus and Amon would not be bound together. I have found, though, that if I call Karsus within a circle of protection but do not bind him, I can call Amon and bind him first. I can then force Karsus to bind to me. This tricks Karsus into answering my call and gets Amon in a position to pry the arcane secrets that Karsus would have kept from me.
Once I have this information, I will work with Bo and other mystical minded individuals to construct a ritual to have my arcane spark consume my ability to bind.
