Pantouf was a great commander in the battles of the Demonsiege. His tactical knowledge helped hold many fronts and he was often known for joining his forces in the fray as opposed to standing back like many commanders do. He fought for a full 46 years, losing very few battles and earned great esteem for his family. Old age began to take its tool, though, and near his death he was sacrificed at the Hall of Founders so that other could take command as effectively as he could.

Sign: Your body gets covered with various scars from piercing and slashing weapons. You sustain no real damage in this process.

Influence: You must weight a situation thoroughly before taking an action, observing those around you so that you may make a precise plan. In combat, this causes you to delay so that you are the last to go in a round (alternatively, you may choose to fail your initiative check and go last).

Granted Abilities: Pantouf gives many abilities to help lead a group more efficiently in battle.

Brave any Front: A person binding Pantouf is effected by an Aura of Courage as per a paladin. This makes the binder immune to fear and all those within 10' of the binder gain a +4 bonus to saves against fear.

Fall in Line: By giving a verbal command, you can make someone rise to action. By spending a full-round action, you may make one of your allies take a swift, move, or extra attack. This ability is usable only once every 5 rounds.

Fill the Ranks: Like Pantouf, you always have a strong and faithful second in command. You summon an idea soldier from your mind to serve you faithfully and without question. As a full-round action, you may create an astral construct that has a maximum amount of HD equal to 1/2 your binder level. If this astral construct gets destroyed you may not create another for 1 hour. Unlike most constructs, this astral construct can gain morale bonuses from Rank and File.

Rank and File: You can inspire greatness in yourself and your allies. This ability grants a floating pool of +1 modifiers equal to 1/2 your charisma modifier (minimum 1/4 your binder level). This modifiers may be assigned to attack rolls, damage rolls, a specific saving throw, rolls to overcome spell resistance, and skill and ability checks. These modifiers may be reassigned by spending minute. To be affected by Rank and File, a character must be able to see and hear the binder as well as be within 60 feet.
