Note that a spell slot can be turned into a cone of cold that is 30 feet in size and does 2d8 cold damage per level of the spell as a standard action. This is a supernatural ability (no attack of opportunity).

  • Comprehend Languages (PHB 212) - You can understand the spoken words of creatures or read otherwise incomprehensible written messages. Personal. 110 minutes.
  • Feather Fall (PHB 229) - Fall only 60 feet per round (no damage from fall). Immediate action. Up to 11 targets within 20 feet. Until landing of 11 rounds.
  • Mage Armor (PHB 249) - +4 armor bonus to AC. Touch. 11 hours.
  • Magic Missile (PHB 251) - 5 1d4+1 force damage missiles. 210' range. May split missiles between various targets within 15 feet. SR.
  • Orb of Cold, Lesser (SpC 151) - Ranged touch attack +7. 5d8 cold damage. 55' range.

  • Glitterdust (PHB 236) - Blind creatures and outline invisible creatures. Imposes -40 hide penalty. 210' range. 10' radius burst. 11 rounds. Will 17 negates blinding.
  • Ice Knife (SpC 119) - Normal ranged attack +19. 2d8 cold damage and 2 Dex damage on direct hit (Fort 18 negates Dex damage). Miss causes 1d8 cold damage in 10' radius burst (Ref 18 half). 880' range. SR.
  • Mirror Image (PHB 254) - Create 1d4+3 mirror images with AC 11. Personal. 11 minutes.
  • Ray of Ice (SpC 167) - Ranged touch attack +7. 5d6 cold damage and frozen to ground (Ref 18 negates freeze). Freeze gives no movement, no dex bonus to AC, and -2 on attacks. Str check DC 18 or 15 damage to free from frozen. 55' range. SR.
  • Snowball Swarm (SpC 194) - 5d6 cold damage in 10' radius burst. Ref 18 for half. 210' range. SR.

  • Protection from Elements (PHB 266) - Absorb up to 120 damage of chosen element. Touch. 110 minutes.
  • Wind Wall (PHB 302) - Deflects arrows and bolts and blocks gases. 110' long and 55' high. 210' range. 11 rounds. SR.

  • Air Walk (PHB 196) - Walk on air. Can climb at 45 degrees at half speed. Touch. 110' range.
  • Dragon Breath (SpC 73) - 15' cone of paralysis that last 1d6 rounds. Breathe only every 1d4 rounds. Fort 19 negates. Personal. 11 rounds.
  • Fear (PHB 229) - Creatues in 30' cone become panicked. 11 rounds. Fort 19 to be shaken for 1 round. SR.
  • Orb of Cold (SpC 151) - Ranged touch attack +7. 12d6 cold damage and blinded. Fort 20 negates blindness. 55' range.
  • Wall of Ice (PHB 299) - 12 10-foot-square areas with 36HP and break DC 27. 1d6+12 cold damage when part broken. Can also make 15' radius hemisphere. Ref 20 can interrupt wall. 210' range. 11 minutes. SR.

  • Dimension Doog, Greater (SpC 64) - Teleport up to 50' as a move action each round. Provokes no AoO. You and touched objects and creatures. 5 rounds.
  • Draconic Might (SpC 72) - +4 enhancement Srt, Con, Cha, Natural Armor. Immune to magic sleep and paralysis. Touch. 12 minutes.
  • Mind Fog (PHB 253) - Gives -10 penalty to Wisdom checks and Will saves while in fog and 2d6 rounds thereafter. Will 20 negates penalty and future saves. 20' radius fog. 210' range. SR.
