This came up while playing... I finally figured out what I find so problematic with the MIC random charts: everything's in one giant chart -- there's no chart for generating only a wand or only a wondrous item... And weapons/armor are terribly underrepresented. The DMG charts, where you roll to determine item type, and then roll to get the details of the item of that type, I find, is far better. --Mqs 20:03, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
