Speak with Plants: You can speak with plants at will, but you can only ask one question for every binder level you possess each day.
I suggest this be one question every 5 rounds, to be consistent. I'm not certain it needs to be limited, however?
Nature Minded: You gain a +4 competence bonus to the Profession: Gardener and Knowledge: Nature skills. You gain the ability to use these skills even if untrained.
Since you have to live off the land if influenced, Survival might be more appropriate than K:Nat? Comparing the overall power of this vestige to the other 1st level ones (at least as you typed them on the wiki, since they're not in order by level in the book (GR!), it seems weak; it does not seem unreasonable to grant the bonus to all three.
Have you considered purify food and drink or goodberry? The bind DC and special reqs should be on the page as well...--Mqs 13:34, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
