I really should force myself to write notes while/after reading a new RPG.

  • Arcanis (New) Fastplay 👎
  • World of Darkness (d20) 👎
  • Pathfinder Unchained 👍
  • Kingdom 👍
  • Savage Worlds 👎
  • Star Wars Force and Destiny 👍
  • Edara, Steampunk Fantasy 👎
  • Daring Comics RPG 👎
  • Demon Hunters Comedy of Terrors ❤️
  • Do: Fate of the Flying Temple 👍
  • Doctor Who RPG 😕
    • Love the idea of tiers of initiative—talking goes first, then moving, then doing, then fighting.
  • Atomic Robo Majestic 12 😕
  • Curse of Strahd (Half read) 👍
    • Would love to run this.
  • Apocalypse World 2nd Edition 👍 (Will never play. "Sex moves")
  • Eden 👍
  • Bubblegumshoe 👍
  • Noir World 👍
  • Improv for Gamers.
    • The book is a collection of improv exercises to run through with your group. It feels like it was written more for actors/actresses who play RPGs than for gamers who want to improve roleplaying. This makes me think it is more for streamers, though none of the exercises have modifications for if your group plays online. Most of the examples in the book for scenes or roles focus on choices that a regular improv group would make. I would've liked to see more examples that felt like RPG examples.
  • Cortex Prime Game Handbook 👍

D&D 3e Books that I don't have and might want to get

  • Draconomicon
  • Dragon Magic
  • Fiendish Codex II: Tyrants of the Nine Hells
  • Frostburn
  • Libris Mortis
  • Monster Manual 4 + 5
  • Races of the Dragon
  • Sandstorm
  • Stormwrack
