LRC:Kobolds Killing Cattle

It appears that all good deeds do not go unnoticed. Through my periodic healing of the people of Lone Rock City, I took care of a farmer named Cagle Crumsham. I was given a letter by their son, a member of the watch, inviting me to their home for dinner. Not one to pass up an opportunity to leave the keep and always glad to receive those that are appreciative of my serviced, I decided to join them.

The dinner went well, and the company was well received. As luck would have it, though, my services were needed further. There was a farmer by the name of Donovon that was having trouble with his cattle being attacked. He believed it was kobalds. This led me and the group to believe that it was the Dark Dog group of kobalds. We set out into the woods to find out for ourselves.

We eventually cleared the Dark Dogs name by finding a group of kobalds let by some type of ogre. These kobalds turned out to be some sort of deserters or renegades to Netsuo Nishi. They were dealt with and were Netsuo Nishi let us leave the words unmolested by his soldiers.

We eventually made it back to the farm and he gave us great deal of thanks in solving the problem of his cattle being attacked. We helped him further by giving him some capital to help purchase more livestock.

The most interesting and somewhat distressing part of this ordeal is that I heard talk amongst some of the farmers that I was some sort of deity-like being. I’m not really sure how I feel about that, but in the meantime, I appear to have a group of “followers.”
