Many possibilities were discussed about the meaning of the riddle left for us. After burying the legion of the spellslayer we decided that Jara Jar was the most likely answer to our riddle.
Talking with JarJar
Returning to LRC we found Jar-Jar was the answer to our puzzle after he put on the itchy circlet Layna had given him. In a stuffy English voice Jar-Jar told us that Yondbei’s help was needed to resurrect someone. Also we were told that he could be found in Cormanthyr.
Assassination attempt on King Talen—by Nan'lhach!
And then my fellow Woodsmen began assaulting King Talen, forcing me to consider the warning given to me earlier. Do I side with my brethren and fight against the Usurper or do I protect him and side with the N'Tel-Qussir to whom I have grown fond of these past months. I wish that none would fall. To take aim on my comrades would violate who I am, and to fire upon my brethren is too "human" to consider. To end it quickly I draw back my bowstring and fire on the Usurper. The sooner that he dies, the fewer of my brethren and allies fall on the weapons of the other... — Nan'lhach's final thoughts.
In Scardale
In Scarsdale we found rumor that Abendago had passed through on his way home. A quick drink at a rough tavern turned up the money grubbing elf Poon. Poon was surprised not to be killed and instead was given his belated share of loot.
While this was going on Talen talked with Thayan (Red?) Wizards enclave and Grim gave rites to someone we had never met before.
